Even a simple single brush with 3 or 4 hp motor can be turned at any time into a grinding machine thanks to the GEAR PLATE and the CROWN GEAR that can be ordered after the purchase of the single brush.
The Crown Gear is available as standard in the versions LM40-LM44-GM44-MM40-MM44 and in the BRUTALE series.
Plate made entirely of hardened stainless steel resistant to chemicals. Equipped with visible self-lubricating gears in cemented technopolymers: made of teflon with straight teeth, they allow the operator greater ease in cleaning, maintenance and replacement of the Gear Plate. They do not require greasing. This saves a lot of money on lubricants!

Ergonomic handles: thanks to a weight of less than 30kg, the Gaer Plate can be lifted, moved separately, connected to the flange and removed from the machine with extreme ease;
Lower and upper covering: lower cover to protect against dust produced during grinding operations and upper cover to make the engagement of the gear Plate to the motor flange crown easier;
Solid insert: the crown and the gearbox, firmly tightened to the frame, allow the motor flange and the GEAR PLATE to become a single body with the machine. This allows the maximum transfer of motor power to the treatment action, a large reduction in vibration during processing, a perfect adaptation to surfaces with differences in flatness and reduces electrical voltage overloads.
