This is why the company constantly schedules training courses of different types, aware that the in-depth knowledge of the context, materials and machinery allows us to offer a high quality service to the customer.
To whom we address

The courses are addressed at all kinds of companies and operators, pavers, cleaning companies, sanders and dealers in the construction and cleaning field.
In a dedicated training area, the students will be able to see the machines and equipment at work. In addition to theoretical knowledge on technical data and functionality, the actual use of machines is planned.

Production efficiency

Without neglecting safety aspects at the workplace, we provide information and suggestions to help understand how LMA machines can meet any treatment needs. The course also covered the issue of cost, time and maintenance savings. Savings that can be achieved thanks to the quality, reliability and performance of LMA machines.

The company’s philosophy during training activities is to be close to the customer. Users are supported in the analysis of treatments to be performed, in the choice of the appropriate equipment to achieve the best possible result.

The LMA training, lasting one or more days, is carried out on-site or at the customer’s premises. Regular or customized courses of I°, II° or III° level are organized periodically, in the context of which a technician is available to the customer, with the aim of structuring a specific floor preparation program, of grinding and polishing according to the LMA METHOD. Finally, courses for distributors are also promoted.

The training activities are an interesting opportunity for practitioners to meet, discuss and exchange ideas.
At the end of the course, each user is issued with a certificate certifying his level of preparation.

Become a certified grinder

T The certified grinder is the one who attends the training courses at LMA. Training is essential to be constantly updated on new products and articles. At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate. Stickers and labels will also be provided to be affixed on the vans to promote collaboration and to make tangible the professionalism acquired through the courses held at the parent company.
