Marble is scientifically a carbonatic rock originated by metamorphic genesis: it means that it arises from the transformation of a pre-existing rock, whose composition and structure have changed over time due to the action of various chemical and physical factors. For this reason it is of fundamental importance to know the difference of the derivatives of marble in order to be able to treat mechanically and chemically this stone in the correct way.

2. Metal-bond diamond discs and chemical products for grinding and polishing

Metal/Resin-bond diamond discs kit for grinding and polishing

The grinding of marble and its derivatives is carried out using special high performance diamond discs from the MM, RM, LUXO YELLOW and FLEXTO YELLOW lines. The number of steps to be made and the grits to be used are determined from time to time according to the condition of the surface. Ideal also in the stages of removing mastics and plasters.

Diamond pads for micropolishing

Micro-polishing with wet or dry system is carried out with our diamond pads such as TRAXOPAD, TRAXOSHINE and MARBLELUX. This process that allows to which results in a mechanical polish, is an alternative to the standard grinding process with metal-bond discs and resin-bond discs in certain contexts: restoration of opaque floors, with micro-scratches, worn by time or stained.

Chemical products for any need

For washing, unwaxing, roughing, cleaning, disinfecting, protecting, polishing, plastering, protecting, waterproofing. The use of chemicals will protect floors that will withstand even the most intense traffic. The consolidated thus smooth surfaces will not absorb liquids after treatment. As a result, maintenance costs and time are drastically reduced. The flagship product is the special POWDY SHINE LINE and unique diamond powder to enhance the polish at the end of the grinding process.

Grazie alla sua speciale forma studiata presso i nostri laboratori i dischi TRAXOSHINE sono adatti per la fase finale di lucidatura sulle pavimentazioni in cemento.

Da utilizzare con monospazzola ad alta velocità e con prodotto idroleorepellente antimacchia LITHOCEM EXTRA.

Oltre al suo design particolare e la sua flessibilità TRAXOSHINE è per eccellenza il disco con il maggior spessore di materiale sul mercato, questo permette di lavorare su molti più metri quadri rispetto ad altri dischi presenti sul mercato.

La lavorazione verrà effettuata senza acqua ma solo con l’utilizzo dei nostri liquidi cristallizzanti.

Da utilizzare per ripristinare pavimentazioni in marmo, graniglia e cemento. Rimuove velocemente i graffi, le macchie ed effetti “buccia d’arancia”. Lucidatura a specchio e brillantezza elevata senza utilizzo di prodotti chimici e cere. Può essere utilizzato a secco su pavimentazioni in cemento elicotterato e con acqua su marmi, terrazzo, pietre naturali e cemento. Grazie all'ampia scelta di grane è possibile rilucidare anche pavimentazioni in granito.
