The LMA SYSTEM for treating concrete

Rough concrete industrial floors are usually highly subject to stress and wear. Over time the effects of various agents manifest themselves in: deterioration, dust accumulation, stains from absorption of fats and oils, tyre marks and dirt in general. An unpolished or untreated concrete floor can be a bad business card and even compromise its intended use.

The mechanical grinding system LMA MACHINE allows through the use of our machines and treatment with tools and chemicals specially designed, to restore and transform a concrete floor making it as shiny as a marble or granite floor, more resistant to wear, less prone to the absorption of dirt from staining agents and consequently easier to clean. It is also possible to give new life to the floor with the process of coloring with liquid pigments and make it unique through the stamping on the ground of logos or signage.

We recommend the polishing of concrete floors for: industrial halls, production departments, warehouses, boxes, showrooms, restaurants and homes.

2. Recommended machines for treating concrete

The preparation and grinding process is easy with our grinding machines. To be able to carry out the repair and polishing operations, with a few simple steps, the machines are transformed into powerful single-discs machines. 

The steps are made dry and dust-free thanks to the industrial vacuum cleaners of the DUSTY CLEAN line that connect directly to the grinding machines.

Diamond discs for preparation

The concrete's preparation and grinding is carried out using special high-performance diamond discs such as those from the MSA and MCD line. The number of steps to be made and the grits to be used are determined from time to time according to the hardness and health of the surface.

For micropolishing

Thanks to its special formula, studied in our laboratories, TRAXOPAD discs are particularly suitable for restoration on concrete, marble and granite floors.

Wet or dry

TRAXOPAD can be used dry on trowelled concrete floor or wet on marble, terrazzo and natural stones surfaces.

Effective

During the treatment, TRAXOPAD is able to quickly remove scratches, stains and "orange peel skin" even just with a single-disc machine or scrubber.

Efficient

Thanks to its flexibility and its particular desing, TRAXOPAD is the thickest pad on the market, making it more efficient to process and work on more square meters than standard.

Color

Hardeners HARDYCEM
Hardener and sealer for concrete and natural stones. Silicate is available in two versions: Sodium potassium and lithium. Excellent protective hardener that reduces the permeability to water and increases the resistance to acid attack of chemical agents. The surface gains greater hardness and resistance to scratches.

How to use:
Concentrate to be used only on internal surfaces after sanding grain 120 or 220, dilute the concentrate in 4 liters of pure acetone.
