Treating concrete

The concrete's preparation and grinding is carried out using special high-performance diamond discs such as those from the MSA and MCD line. The number of steps to be made and the grits to be used are determined from time to time according to the hardness and health of the surface.

Dry grinding is done with our diamond discs, such as those of the MCS line. This is the most important step to achieve a uniform color and an optimal result.

An innovative and patented system such as Hybrid allows to complete all the treatment steps, from roughing to grinding, in just four steps.

Thanks to its special formula, studied in our laboratories, TRAXOPAD discs are particularly suitable for restoration on concrete, marble and granite floors.

TRAXOPAD can be used dry on trowelled concrete floor or wet on marble, terrazzo and natural stones surfaces.

During the treatment, TRAXOPAD is able to quickly remove scratches, stains and "orange peel skin" even just with a single-disc machine or scrubber.

Thanks to its flexibility and its particular desing, TRAXOPAD is the thickest pad on the market, making it more efficient to process and work on more square meters than standard.

Lithium silicate Lithocem protects the surface making it harder and more resistant, reduces water permeability and increases gloss.

The polishing of the concrete floor with our system is the most efficient solution for reliability, resistance and gloss.

After washing the floor, apply the firming product Hardycem and let it dry.

Surface colouring with liquid pigments thanks to the CONCRECOLOR product line. With the complete removal of dust, uniform application of dye by vaporizer or dyeing with microfiber cloth you get the best result.

Customisation by applying logos, drawings or signs to the ground.
