LEADER MACHINE WOOD

Powerful single-phase with fixed or variable speed grinding machine suitable for tough grinding jobs on civil and industrial wood floors (parquet, solid wood, teck). It can be easily turned into a single brush machine.

LEADER MACHINE WOOD is the most powerful and heavy professional machine for grinding pre-finished parquet floors, solid wood and teck. Thanks to the latest generation Gear Plate with self-lubricating gears and with 3 attaches of Ø 140mm, it becomes the best grinding machine for wood. What makes LEADER MACHINE WOOD one of a kind is its stability which allows an easy use. The patented system for vibrations reduction helps the operator during daily jobs and avoiding excessive efforts. 


Thanks to its vacuum kit, it has an excellent vacuum capacity, which makes the machine one of the best wood machine on the market. It allows to save sandpaper and to see what has been done and to flat (thanks to the body and the aspirating bell specifically manufactured to adjust on every kind of level). 

With just a few simple steps it can be turned from a grinding machine to a single-brush machine, making it the most powerful single-brush of the series. 

Available with fixed speed (for regular surfaces) or variable speed (for irregular surfaces of any kind).

  • Powerful 4HP single-phase motor
  • The crown and the adaptor, which are tighten to the frame, allow the flange and the GEAR PLATE to become one body with the machine. This allows the maximum transfer of motor power to the treatment action and a large reduction of vibration during processing
  • Self-lubricated gears at sight. Made in Teflon with straight tooth sprockets, they allow the operator a greater ease of cleaning, maintenance, and replacement of the Gear Plate. Does not require lubrication
  • An innovative frame cushioning system, patented with international deposit, allows the operator not to tire during daily maintenance
  • Gear handle
  • Aluminium tank holder 
  • The practical reclinable lever and support block allow to lean the machine without causing any damage on the electric box
  • Ergonomic operating levers allow the operator to drive Leader Machine in height and depth. The result is a major comfort while working even the hardest surfaces
  • Omnidirectional spheres tighten to the cushioned frame allow a swift change of direction and an easiest turn compared to the traditional wheels
  • Cage with drain to eliminate debris and fluids 
  • Transport wheel with non-marking wheels of Ø150mm fixed to the cushioned frame. It allows an effortlessly transport on fragile surfaces with minimal damage
  • With a height of only 15cm from the machine’s body to the tool (half of the competition), it is possible to reach even the narrowest areas
  • It has a 10mt neoprene cable and a practical cable reel
  • Handy 220V power socket

Variable Speed (VS)
Models with variable speed (v) have a motor’s speed variator (variable speed) and they are particularly suitable for those who need to work and prepare different types of floors.
For example, when working concrete, the speed is different when working marble.
When preparing floors, there is the need of a minimum speed in order not to exhaust the tools in vain.
Variable speed allows to adjust the rpm depending on the floor’s irregularities.
For example, on a badly laid marble floor, vibrations can be greatly reduced by reducing the speed.

Slide the pad over the surface to be grinded, using all of the diamond to extend its life.
Wet use is recommended.

Available in eight different diamond grits (60-8000) depending on the material to be worked.
